Harvard Business school professor shares strategies for fundraising for both profit and not for profit entities.

Howard Stevenson is widely acclaimed for his contributions to entrepreneurship at and beyond Harvard Business School, where
he is a professor emeritus, and chair of the Harvard Business Publishing Company.  He was a founder of the Baupost Group, Inc. which manages partnerships investing in liquid securities for wealthy families, and has grown to become a $21 billion company. He serves on a variety of for- and nonprofit boards, and is active in philanthropy as a donor and fundraiser. He has authored11 books including “New Business Ventures and the Entrepreneur” (editions two through six), “The Entrepreneurial Venture” and “Winning Angels”.  His most recent book is “Getting to Giving: Fundraising the Entrepreneurial Way, by a Billion Dollar Fundraiser.”
